You can cut the feta into 4 strips if you want to have 4 individual parcels.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 packet feta cheese
- 3 teaspoons dried basil
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil
Method
- Put feta on foil, sprinkle the dried basil and pour over the olive oil.
- Scrunch the foil together like a package or parcel and put in a hot oven.
- Bake for about 15 mins, remove from oven and open foil a little to let out steam. Close the foil again and put back in oven for another 5 mins.
