Ingredients
- 500 gm beef chuck steak
- 1/2 large white onion (sliced in rings)
- cracked black pepper
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 large lemon
- 1 Tbsp oil
Method
- In a skillet, boil the beef in 12 cup water together with oil and soy sauce
- Heat in medium, sprinkle with black pepper and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Add in the onions and squeeze on some lemon.
- Flip the beef side to side,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
