Bet you never had a black hummus?


Ingredients (makes 300 mL hummus)

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 400g canned Chick peas (drained)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Black sesame tahini
  • 1 small lime
  • 15 Kalamata olives

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth.
  2. Store in a mason jar in fridge for up to a week :)

Notes

I know this hummus does not look appealing but the taste is truly OMG! Must try!
