Favourite dish for dinner.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 400 gr Chicken breast
  • 1 tray Fried tofu
  • 1 tsp Corinader Powder
  • 5 pcs garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cooking oil
  • 4 tsp Light soy sauce/ fish sauce
  • 2 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 200 ml Water

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add in garlic, saute until fragrant.
  2. Add in chicken breast, tofu, coriander, brown sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and water. Cook for about 20 minutes or until gravy become thicker.

  • I’m not a fan of coriander, MeiMei, so could I substitute parsley for it? Also I’ve never eaten tofu and enjoyed it. Is there something else that I could use instead of tofu? Thanks!
