  • 500 grams Chicken Fillets
  • 250 grams Uncooked fettucine
  • 2 Avocado
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 1 Teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 1/2 teasoon crushed lemongrass
  • 300 grams sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1/2 Teaspoon grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 200 grams bacon roughly diced


  1. Cook Pasta
  2. dice chicken, bacon and avocado roughly
  3. brown chicken and bacon frying pan with garlic, herbs,lemongrass,ginger and onion flakes. Add mushrooms and avocado.
  4. When cooked add sour cream.
  5. When pasta is cooked drain and add 2 frying pan and stir through.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
