Carbonara is a family favourite, cheap, and easy!


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 jar Dolmio carbonara sauce
  • 3 Rashes short cut bacon
  • 250g Fettuccini
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 25 g Spinach leaves

Method

  1. Cook your pasta as usual.
  2. Dice chicken and fry until brown, add bacon and cook.
  3. Add mushrooms and brown.
  4. Add carbonara sauce and simmer 5 min.
  5. Add fettuccini and throw in spinach at the end. Mix n serve.

Notes... Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a salad and garlic bread
