Easy to make in small batches
- Minced chicken
- Carrot (grated)
- Celery (finely chopped)
- Onion (finely chopped) - can be omitted depending on age
- Dry fry the chicken mince and onion. Make sure that the chicken is all cooked.
- Add the celery and carrot. Cook until soft.
- Add some herbs or other seasoning like pepper or curry powder.
You can also add pasta or rice or sauce too (like pasta sauce or a pesto).
