Yummy meal for lunch. Garnish with fresh coriander and shallot on the top ( optional).

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 350 gr Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 100 gr Mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 can Baby corn
  • 200 gr Chinese Cabbage
  • 1/2 bunch Bok choy
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tbs Ginger, minced
  • 2 Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbs Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbs Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbs Corn starch
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tbs Sesame oil


  1. Heat up sesame oil in a wok. Add garlic, ginger and onion, stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken, dark soy sauce, oysters sauce, sugar, corn starch and water. Stir fry frequently until chicken changes colour or cooked.
  2. Add Chinese cabbage, baby corn, mushroom and Bok choy. Stir fry until the sauce thicken. Serve with rice.
