A tasty chocolate treat which is gluten free.
Ingredients (makes 24 )
- 4 cups Lowan's Cocoa Bombs
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 125 grams copha, melted
- 125 grams butter, melted
Method
- Mix the Lowan's Cocoa Bombs with the icing sugar and cocoa
- Add the melted copha and butter to the cereal mix
- Spoon into patty pans and pop in the fridge for 30 minutes
Notes
You can replace the butter with copha.
