A sweet lunchbox treat.


Ingredients (makes 10 -15 balls)

  • 3 Weet-Bix, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Sultanas
  • 1/4 cup Apricots, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine weet-bix, sultanas, apricots and cocoa. Add condensed milk, mixing well.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Toss in coconut.
  3. Store chilled in an airtight container.

Notes... Chop and change the dried fruit as desired. 1/2 cup of condensed milk is half a 400 gram tin.

  • My little brother used to make these when we were kids. Their great for kids to squish into balls and easy to roll in the coconut and they love them.
