Coloured popcorn is a big hit with little AND big kids!


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Food colouring
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 cups Air Popped Popcorn

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a pot (EXCEPT POPCORN). Melt all ingredients and boil for a couple of minutes.
  2. Put popcorn in a bowl and carefully pour over coloured syrup to coat the popcorn.
  3. Line baking tray with baking paper and leave to dry on the bench.
