Perfect as a side dish for BBQ's


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 Cup Spiral pasta
  • 1 tin Corn kernels
  • 1 tin Chick peas
  • 150g tasty cheese
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves

Method

  1. Cook pasta until el dente, while hot stir in cheese and drained kernels and chick peas
  2. Thinly slice basil leaves and fold through salad

Notes

This is an incredibly 'moorish' side!
