My family and I love this as it adds something different to a side dish when things get boring.
it’s so easy and you can adjust it by adding more cheese or less depending on your taste
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1/2 head Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 pinches Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp Moroccan spice
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups cream
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Cut the cauliflower into florets and put into a baking dish. Add the salt, nutmeg, Moroccan spice and both the cheeses. Pour the cream over the top and mix.
- Bake until cauliflower is soft. Roughly 30mins cooking time depending on how big you cut the cauliflower.
Notes
If you want to thicken the sauce just add in a little bit of cornflour and cook for a bit longer
