This is a quick easy recipe the kids will love.


Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 4 )

  • 4 Large potatos
  • 50g tasty cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 50g bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 10g butter
  • 1/2 cup oil

Method

  1. Cook 4 large peeled potato's. Then add milk and butter and mash.
  2. Then add cheese these will make the potato stick together and easy to roll. Roll in to small balls.
  3. Mix one egg in to a bowl. Add the potato's into the egg mixture remove then add to the breadcrumbs mixture. Brush each ball with oil. Then cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
