Easy and tasty egg salad.


  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • parsley


  1. Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, curry powder and chicken stock to make a dressing.
  3. Cut the eggs and gently mix in the dressing along with the onions.
  4. Add the parsley and any seasoning (salt and pepper) to taste.
