Quick lunch snack or side meal for the family in less then 10 mins


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 10 Frozen fish fingers
  • 6 Frozen calamari rings

Method

  1. Place frozen ingredients in Philips Airfryer
  2. Place timer on for 9 mins at 200 degrees
  3. 9 mins later you have crispy oil free fish fingers and calamari rings which your children will love!

  • A quick and easy dinner,just add lemons!

  • I love to make my own fish fingers, using fresh fish fillets, and also I make my own calamari rings. It’s not hard, and doesn’t take very long. Cut the fish into pieces, slice the calamari into rings, dip in a little beaten egg, roll in some breadcrumbs mixed with a little finely grated parmesan cheese, and there you have it. I usually make up a big batch and freeze some, so it’s ready to use at short notice. I don’t have any airfryer, but I’ve cooked it in my Turbo oven and it turned out really really nice.
