Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 3 Cups 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 tblsp chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tblesp salt
  • 2 eggs stirred in a bowl

Method

  1. Heat chicken broth, onions salt and pepper in a saucepan.
  2. Pour stirred egg slowly while stirring constantly. Ready to serve.
