A quick breakfast to cook and eat.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- butter for frying
- Put some butter into a hot frypan and wait till it sizzles, cut out circles in the bread and put in the frypan.
- cook on one side for a minute, then turn over and place the egg in the middle, cook for a further 2-3 minutes and then flip. and cook for another 1 minute. (or to your liking)
- put on a plate and it's ready to eat. :-)
