    I said I was making a milkshake and was pleasantly surprised by how fast he drank it. I love that it is packaged with iron and vitamin D which always run low requiring supplements. The great taste made it easy to drink. It was easy for me to make. A winner in our household.

    Finally one he likes!

    We’ve tried other supplement drinks such as Sustagen, Nutra Organics, Kid Essentials and myriad protein powders/flavours to help fill in the gaps when appetite is low and interest in wholesome foods is practically non existent. My 7yo also has sensory issues and won’t drink Ovaltine or even warm or cold Milo (IKR!? MILO!) - he can’t tolerate the texture of any of these powdered supplements. I can not simply introduce new food items without giving the full run down of what its about (tell me you’re neurodivergent without telling me) so after a long conversation about health, nutrition, growth and development for the gazillionth time, he agreed to try this one.

    Regardless of Pediasure containing milk proteins (we also have dairy intolerance to make things even more difficult) there’s been no digestive distress to report and after trialling the first sample sachet after school on the day it finally arrived, I was ecstatic to hear him asking for more because it was “nutritious and delicious”.

    For breakfast the next day there was a note on the kitchen bench with his ‘order’. How could I refuse?

    Excellent for our toddler

    My toddler and I have had such a great experience trying PediaSure, it has been a great addition to his day. At this age his appetite can be hit or miss, so I love that I can open a sachet of PediaSure and know that not only will it give him a huge boost of essential vitamins and minerals, but he'll love the taste. This was so easy to prepare and he really enjoyed drinking it. It's absolutely something I will look to buy in future and wish I had tried it sooner.

    Picky eater thumbs up!!

    Easy to make up, just mix with water. It is purposed as a meal supplement and also can be a complete meal replacement! Which makes it very reassuring for helping my picky eater get what his body needs, while we work on fixing the picky eating. I also have a toddler who has been diagnosed with "failure to thrive", who fell below the growth chart, so this is a very useful resource to help with their nutritional needs.

    I told my 5 year old "this is a vanilla milkshake" - he drank ALL of it! And gave 2 thumbs up! Taste test passed! I'm so pleased!

    Great option for fussy children

    I was a bit skeptical that my boys would like it as they are notoriously fussy. But lo and behold, they both enjoyed it straight away. They even enjoyed the vanilla flavour, so I'm sure they'd like the chocolate just as much.

    The drink was easy to prepare, with the powder coming in an easy-tear, easy-pour packet. I just mixed it with tap water, and the drink was ready in a minute. Both my 5-year-old and my 7-year-old enjoyed the flavour and would happily drink it again.

    With all the added vitamins and minerals in Pediasure, this is an easy win for their nutrition, and I'll definitely be keeping this stocked in the house for those days where they eat less.

    Nutritious PediaSure power

    PediaSure has a very fine powder and it can easily dissolve in water without any clumps. It has a vanilla flavour and it is to my kid liking.     Nil by mouth for a year and now loving tube free life

    Our daughter’s journey has been anything but ordinary. After being nil by mouth for a year and needing a nasogastric tube, watching her enjoy Pediasure Vanilla has been incredibly special.     Game changer!

    I honestly couldn't be happier with PediaSure Complete Balanced Nutrition Supplement.     Really easy to mix and tasted like a vanilla thickshake!

    Pediasure powder was a really simple straightforward powder into water, it was easy to mix with no lumps or weird texture. My daughter said it tasted like a vanilla thickshake from Mcdonald’s. It’s got awesome nutritional value and feels like a sweet treat for the kids while also giving them what their body needs!     Big hit!

    We originally received PediaSure to trial and it was such a huge hit with my son we went and purchased it. He has found PediaSure really tasty and even asks for more when he is finished.     Pedia sure 2nd review - A daily routine in our household!

    Nicholas aged 4 is still loving his Pediasure as part of his daily routine after kinda. He loves to mix it up himself, adding the water and Pediasure powder and stirring it up. “My Floor Has Never Been So Clean”: The Mop That’s Winning Over Mums

Mopping isn’t exactly the chore most of us look forward to, but like most mums, for Katrina Macilroy, it’s unavoidable.

With three teenagers, a husband, a dog, two cats and timber flooring throughout most of her home, there’s plenty to keep her mop busy.

“I thought the toddler stage was hard, but teenagers take it to a whole other level,” Katrina told Mouths of Mums.

She describes herself as a ‘full-time Uber driver’ for her three kids, but when she’s home, she may as well be a full-time cleaner.

Her husband is a concreter, the family has plenty of sand coming inside and, with teenagers touching everything, the floors quickly show the evidence of a full family life.

“I have to mop like every second day because the floor gets marks,” she said.

Katrina was also surprised by how light and manoeuvrable the mop felt, because at just 4’11”, she says mopping can sometimes be an uncomfortable job.

“I’m not a tall person, so trying to mop is always just a horrible experience.”

  • Ah, I received a ‘you’re a finalist’ email from MoM for this fantastic mop but didn’t receive anything beyond that. I was looking forward to giving this a try to compare the three existing options I have but alas. Looks good, fingers crossed I can try it in the near future!

  • Omg! Yes! With 4 dogs and 4 teens AND the guests they bring home with them LOL our timber floors and tiles don’t stand a chance! I would love to see them add some wheels to the bottom of the bucket so that you don’t have to carry the bucket around with you.

  • This sounds like an excellent mop that makes cleaning so easy! I love a product that not only is as effective as advertised but makes a job less grueling. I gotta say though, a steam mop that plugs in sounds like an awful idea. I have a tineco floor mop, which is cordless and charges at a base, and it’s incredible on my white tiles.
