A delicious 3 ingredient ice-cream for coffee lovers that requires no ice cream maker.

  • My teen son just asked me to ger the ingredients to make ice-cream in our ice-cream machine and I really didn’t want to – so fiddly making the custard and all the steps. Now we will be making a chocolate version of this tomorrow – or maybe slated caramel! Thank you 🙂

  • Arh you bet me to it, I’ve been making this Ice cream for a while now in all sorts of flavors, strawberry is my fav. Was only thinking the other day I should share it. I like to do a bit more to the recipe though like put cling wrap on the ice cream so there’s no air. This will help with ice build up. Otherwise small plastic cups are a perfect snack size.

  • This sounds great. Wish I could find a lactose free cream that could be beaten. Its definitely a gap in the market.

    • Try chilling a can of coconut cream (upside down) in the fridge overnight and whipping that. Discard the coconut water that sits on top first though
