This is a great source of calcium and antioxidants


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4tbs Natural yoghurt
  • 2tsp Ground rolled oats
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1 handful Blueberries
  • 1 handful Mulberries
  • 1tsp Vanilla essence
  • 6 Ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together using a bar mix or blender
  2. serve immediately

Notes

Healthy food need not be boring or tasteless, if the standard of normal in your home is healthy food kids know no different and their choices are always great!
