A quick fried rice for any stir fry
- 1 cup Cooked cold rice
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1 rasher Bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp Frozen peas
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Heat oil in frypan or wok, add onion and bacon, fry 1-2 mins until onion softens.
- Make sure pan is hot and add in rice, continue stirring for the next 3 mins.
- Add in frozen peas, cook 2 mins.
- Make a hole in the centre of the rice. Crack egg into pan and swirl through rice until cooked. Add soy sauce, stir and serve.
