Great for when babies are teething, also great as a summer fruity cool-me-down.

Ingredients (makes 16 wedges)

  • 2 oranges

Method

  1. Cut oranges into 8th's (cut into half, half again, and half again).
  2. Put into freezer and freeze oranges.
  3. When oranges are frozen, they are ready to eat.

Notes

We used to buy these at primary school canteen a long time ago instead of icecreams, a great way to keep healthy.

  • A great idea, but not really a recipe…

  • This would be so good coming into the hot weather.
I used to chop up fruit and put them in those little baby food socks for when my kids were teething and they really liked it so I think they would enjoy this too.
