A quick and easy fruit, muesli and yoghurt treat for school and work.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 1 cup rockmelon, cubed
- 3 kiwi fruit; cut into wedges
- 400g low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons toasted muesli
Method
- Layer fruit, yoghurt and muesli in tub.
Notes
I vary the fruit according to season; banana and strawberries; mango and pineapple; apricots and grapes; any other fruit combinations that you prefer. The yoghurt and muesli can be kept in separate tubs and placed on the fruit before eating. This is a much cheaper alternative than store bought options.
