Fruit salad for the bub!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1/4 cup Avocado
- 1/2 cup White seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup Mango
Method
- Blend all ingredients with a handblender. Serve chilled or rightaway :)
Notes
This recipe is very sweet and full chug of fruity goodness for your little bub! It is also very creamy due to the avocado and my bub loves it! Add in some breastmilk or full cream yoghurt to increase nutrient content if you like!
