I’m lucky enough to have a son that loves diving. So we get lovely seafood at times. I really think this is a good way to cook these.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 Crayfish
- 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Split crayfish in half. Rinse in fresh water.
- Lay each half meat side up, on a baking tray, spread a small amount of minced garlic over tail and body. Melt butter and drizzle over tail and body.
- Bake in oven on approx 170c till cooked through. Bigger crayfish will take longer to cook. Serve with salad or rice.
