Simple meal for breakfast. Serve with bread.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 tbs Fresh milk
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 1 tbs Parmesan, grated
  • 1 stalk Coriander, chopped
  • 2 thin Sliced Ham
  • Salt and pepper for taste


  1. Lightly beat eggs, tomato, milk, parmesan, coriander, salt and pepper until mix well.
  2. Heat up butter in frying pan, pour eggs mixture and cook with medium heat. Add ham in the middle and then turn over other side, cook for about 30 seconds.
