Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 ripe frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries

Method

  1. Place frozen bananas, mango, raspberries, coconut milk and Connect Foods Organic Fibremax Vanilla + Probiotic in a high- speed blender and whizz till smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir through passionfruit pulp and transfer to serving bowl(s).
  3. Serve and top with passionfruit, banana, mango, hemp seeds, coconut and botanicals.

  • We make a lot of Coconut – fruit ice creams. Beautiful recipe ! Although my experience with making ice-cream is not to mix too many different fruit flavours. Just mango & passion fruit, or just banana raspberry tastes better then mixing them all together
