  • 1 serving baked beans in a small container
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small serve plain popcorn
  • 5 slices or as many as desired pieces of Mango

  • My kids get once per week a wrap in their lunchbox and love it.
Be careful with deli meats. With its processed reputation, deli meat (including sliced turkey, ham, and roast beef) is not making many “clean eating” lists these days.
