Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 large potato
  • enough cooking oil

Method

  1. Peel potato and slice as thinly as you can.
  2. Now here is the annoying part. You have to use a paper towel and dry the sliced potato on each sides. Cut potato into heart shape using a scissor.
  3. In a wok, heat enough oil. Fry the potatoes for one minute on each sides or until golder brown.
