Nothing like making your very own home made chips

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 sprinkle of vegeta
  • 1 splash of olive oil

Method

  1. Peel and cut potatoes to your liking.
  2. Zap chips just for 1 minute in the microwave just to give them some moisture.
  3. Now toss the in olive oil and vegeta
  4. Cook in the airfryer for 14 minutes or oven baked till cooked.

  • Love these chips.. we love our sweet potato chips too. Sweet potato is cheap at the moment and very good for you.

  • For a variation you can make chips using sweet potato. peel and cut into strips, spray with cooking spray and cook under the griller until cooked through and as crips as you like them.
You can also do it with pumpkin.

    • You can say that again. I resorted back to frozen the other night as I am trying to go through the freezer and they were awful.
