Ingredients (makes 1 Tray)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Gelatine
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Notes... Decorating ideas are endless! Use different shape cutters, drizzle melted chocolate, even add lollies with the help of a little icing.
- Place sugar, water and gelatine in saucepan. Stir until dissolved.
- Boil without stirring for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Add vanilla and lemon juice and beat until thick and white. Colour may be added at this time.
- Pour into a greased tin. When set use heart shape biscuit cutter to cut and toss in coloured sugar or 100's and 1000's.
