These honey carrots are a great way to add a little interest to an old favourite.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 800 grams Carrots (into wedges)
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Heat oven to 180c. Toss the carrots in a baking tray with the oil. Roast for 40 mins, stirring in the honey halfway through cooking, and sprinkling over the seeds for the final 10 mins.
- Serve with Roast meal
