Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 4 cups Self raising flour
  • 5 cups Tasty cheese
  • 2 cups milk Milk
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced (OPTIONAL)

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Slowly stir in the flour.
  3. Using a blender, gradually add the cheese so the mixture is aerated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased quiche dish. OPTIONAL: Scatter chopped tomatoes over the top.
  5. Pop in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • I noticed in the ingredients It says sliced tomatos (optional)…In the instructions it says chopped tomato. I think sliced would be more attractive. It would give it a variation of flavour if you put in sometimes. If some of the family doesn’t like tomato you could put it on just part of it.
