Ingredients (serves 50)
- 400gm Sundried tomato infused in basil oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 150gm Macadamia nuts
- 150gm shreded Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Chili flakes
- 2 teaspoons Capers
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor on low speed until they are well combined. Leave them slightly chunky for best taste!
Pesto taste a lot better with macadamia nuts than pine nuts due to the chunkiness and aroma. must try!
