Delicious chicken curry for lunch without coconut milk.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 50 gr Curry Paste
  • 3 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 pcs/ 350 gr Chicken drumstick
  • 2 Potatoes, cubed
  • 450 ml Fresh Milk
  • 4 pcs Curry leaves


  1. Heat oil in non stick saucepan on medium heat and add vegetable oil. Add onion and curry paste and curry leaves, stir fry until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and potatoes, stir well. Stir in fresh milk and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
  3. Serve with hot rice.
