Zesty and tangy flavours


  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbls chopped coriander
  • 1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 zest and juice of lime
  • 1 tbls thai fish sauce


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes for flavours to develop.


I think this is fabulous served with fish. Red onion is also nice to replace spring onion and give more colour.
