A cool healthy frozen yoghurt treat kids big and small will love.

Ingredients (makes 6 ice pops)

  • 2 medium size mangoes (diced)
  • 1 cup yoghurt (natural)
  • 1 ice pop mould tray

Method

  1. Place yoghurt and mango pieces into blender, blend til smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice pop moulds or plastic cups (you'll need paddle pop sticks for this method).
  3. Place into freezer for 6-8hrs til frozen and enjoy.

Notes

You could easily add different fruits such has berries, kiwi fruit, banana etc. Our 18mth old loves them especially to give some cool relief to swollen teething gums. I also use low lactose yoghurts for our 3 yr old and he enjoys them just as much.
