Ingredients (makes 1 )
- 1 pizza base (wholemeal optional)
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1/4 cup each Sliced zuccini, red capsicum, yellow capsicum
- 1/4 Brown onion (sliced)
- Handful Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teasppon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Miced garlic or garlic paste.
- Spread olive oil on pizza base. Mix garlic with tomato paste, then spread over pizza base.
- Layer the vegetables and finally the cheese.
- Bake on 200C for 18 minutes.
