Ingredients (makes 1 )

  • 1 pizza base (wholemeal optional)
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup each Sliced zuccini, red capsicum, yellow capsicum
  • 1/4 Brown onion (sliced)
  • Handful Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teasppon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Miced garlic or garlic paste.

Method

  1. Spread olive oil on pizza base. Mix garlic with tomato paste, then spread over pizza base.
  2. Layer the vegetables and finally the cheese.
  3. Bake on 200C for 18 minutes.

  • I love making my own pizza dough so I would do that but otherwise looks yummy!

  • Most of the pizzas that you buy in Italy have very few toppings on them, and they’re really delicious. This looks simple but very tasty.
