Mocha with Bailley's Frappe

Serves 2

6 Ingredients

Found on a website and make these sometimes on a Saturday afternoon

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 cups ice cubes
1/3 cup Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
1 tbs instant coffee
1/3 cup milk
Chocolate topping, to serve
Whipped cream if desired ( I use the one in the can )

Method

Place the ice cubes, Baileys, instant coffee and milk in the jug of a blender and blend until almost smooth.
Swirl the chocolate topping around the rim of 2 serving glasses. Top with the Baileys mixture to serve and cream with a bit more topping on top

Im not a great one for alcohol but there is a cadburys liquer that is very chocolatie..that would be lovely in this recipe
