This is the perfect cocktail for teetotallers or kids. It’s juicy with berries and has a lovely hint of citrus. It’s refreshing, sparkling and a delicious treat for all seasons.

Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 2 )

  • 2 Cups QLD strawberries, sliced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Cups cups soda, plain or strawberry flavoured

  1. Blend the strawberries well. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour the soda and serve chilled over ice.

  • perfectly refreshing, add a splash of lime or make it adult rated with some gin! – very pretty presentation, I would love to make them for my girls as a treat when we are celebrating a birthday or event!

  • Lovely idea especially for the summer months. Very refreshing.

  • So simple and delicious to have while others are having their alcohol counterpart. Thanks for sharing.

  • Very refreshing, perfect for summer.

  • looks delicious and yet so simple!

  • Could really use most fruits! Clever way to include the kids!

  • This sounds perfect as an alternative to an alcoholic margarita. I’d have to leave out the lemon but I’m sure it will still taste perfect.

  • This sounds so refreshing!
Definitely one to make during the hotter seasons. Best thing about it is it’s non alcoholic so bub can enjoy a sip too!

  • Now this is my kind of margarita … and you can easily add vodka or tequila or gin if you want to!

  • Strawberry and lemon is yum, I would just use icy water instead of soda.

  • Yum….Strawberries and lemon. It sounds so refreshingly lovely.

  • This is perfect and refreshing drink. So easy to make.

  • Such a refreshing and delightful summer drink! Thank you!

  • Yum! Lucky its non-alcoholic, because I would definitely have trouble stopping at one!

  • This would be a great drink once summer arrives. Look real pretty too.
