Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup formula or breast milk + 1/4 cup formula or breast milk, extra
  • 1/3 whole banana

Method

  1. Combine oats and 1/2 cup formula or breast milk.
  2. Bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Meanwhile, mash banana and 1/4 cup formula or breast milk. Combine banana and oatmeal mixtures

  • I wasn’t aware that you could boil breast milk or formula?!
