  1. Place olives and garlic in food processor.
  2. Blend both ingredients in food processor, while slowly adding the oil.
  3. Serve on crusty bread and enjoy

  • Yummy would go so nicely on any anti pasto. :-)

  • Great idea. We love garlic so this will go down a treat.

  • A very quick simple easy and yummy dip

  • this is a ripper – it would be good to use instead of gravy on meat dishes too

  • Looks delicious!!

  • Why using store-bought dips/spread when we can make them so easy at home indeed? :-)

  • this would be great on my roast beef today!

  • Wish I saw this before the weekend! Oh well maybe a midweek snack with a movie! Sounds great and an easy one for when people come over :) I’m wondering if it would be too much to serve with my kalamata bread, might have it with sourdough instead

  • Great for a grand final dip to add to the cheese platter.

  • Yummy looking spread/dip. Love both olives and garlic.

    • This recipe would definitely be perfect with my crusty bread.

  • Love your spread as l am a huge fan of olives and garlic! Thanks.
