Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 slice Multigrain toast
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1-2 teaspoon Hummus
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded chicken breast piece

Method

  1. Steam chicken breast until fully cooked. Cool and shred.
  2. Arrange cheese, then avocado, hummus and finally chicken on toast.
  3. Serve :)
