Mayver’s has selected their most popular, kid-friendly (and approved!) recipes for Smart Eating Week, taking place over 10 – 16 February. Try these peanut butter popsicles at home with the kids, it’s the perfect after school snack for keeping cool over summer!

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 Medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup Mayver's Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Plain or vanilla low-fat yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for a vegan option)
- 1 Tbs Honey or maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Chia seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until mixture has a smooth consistency.
- Pour mixture into popsicle moulds until full, then insert the popsicle sticks.
- Place moulds in the freezer for at least four hours.
- To serve, run moulds under some hot water for a few seconds to release the popsicles from the moulds.
