Perfect way of cooking heatlhy popcorn without butter or oil.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1/4 Cup Popping corn

Method

  1. Pour popcorn into a glass bowl.
  2. Cover with a microwave proof plate
  3. Microwave for approx 2 minutes or until popping stops

Notes

I was sick of cooking popcorn using oil or butter, and found this method instead.

  • I was wondering if you could do it in the microwave. Thanks for sharing as hubby didn’t want to buy the microwave popcorn because the salt content was so high.
