Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple diced and frozen
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 2 cups ice
  • 30ml rum, or more if you want it stronger
  • 2 tbls sugar

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid and place in the freezer until completely frozen, at least 8 hours. The sorbet will keep for up to 1 month.

  • I dont drink so there is no alcohol in the house. Sounds great for guest but Id have to buy a bottle of rum…lol
