Delicious Fried Rice.


Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 3 tbs cooking oil
  • 3 bowl overnight rice
  • 1 big onion, sliced
  • 3 pc garlic, sliced
  • 2 pc seafood highlighter, sliced
  • 150 gr green peas
  • 200 gr prawn
  • 120 gr pineapple, diced
  • 1 pc carrot, diced
  • 1/2 tbs shrimp paste
  • seasonings : 1 tbs sweet soy sauce,1 tbs fish sauce, 1 tbs oyster sauce, 1 tbs turmeric powder and 1,5 tbs coriander powder

Method

  1. Heat oil in the pan , add in onion, garlic and shrimp paste, stir until fragrant.
  2. Add prawn, peas, carrot, seafood highlighter and pineapple, stir well.
  3. Add rice and seasonings, stir well for 5 mins.
  4. Sprinkle on the top some fried onions.
  5. Serve hot for 3 people.
