  • 4 Ingredients



  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cube Silken tofu
  • 1 small pinch Ginger powder
  • 1 small pinch Dried oregano


  1. Steam pumpkin and tofu until cooked. Add in ginger and oregano, cook for a further 2 minutes.
  2. Mash and serve.


I tried this recipe with hard tofu before but it was not as appealing as silken tofu. Hope you bub likes it!
