Hummus and Cucumber Crostini SUPER QUICK AND EASY
- 1 bag large bagel chips (preferably “everything” flavor)
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- Dividing evenly, top the bagel chips with the hummus and cucumber. Drizzle with the oil and season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
To make your own bagel chips, slice a bagel on the bias into ¼-inch-thick slices. Brush with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and bake at 350° F until golden and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
